Florida snow

Before I spread any confusion, I am not entirely certain this is something that happens in all of Florida.
People often feel bad for me because in Florida we don't ever get any snow- but we might have something better to be honest.
Every year around November all the way until late January, there is this sudden outburst of white flowers. Every field, clearing, and open space is just flooded with tiny little white flowers. The white flowers close into buds every night and open up when the sun comes out. The flowers grow in clumps and look like the grass is speckled with light snow. I see the glory in cold slush being molded to throw at friends and family, but consider this.
There are billions of tiny white flowers all across Florida every winter.
